Prohibited and restricted goods
Every request on U-take must follow our Terms, airline rules, and the law in the countries of departure, transit, and arrival. If you are not sure, do not ship it.

Not allowed
Do not post or accept requests for illegal or high-risk goods. That includes weapons, explosives, ammunition, drugs, counterfeits, stolen goods, and anything meant for a banned military or sanctioned use. Also not allowed: goods that break sanctions or export controls, and goods of a commercial nature. U-take is for person-to-person deliveries, not trade shipments.
Restricted or sensitive items
Some items may be restricted: medicines (often personal use only, with a prescription where required), alcohol, tobacco, food and perishables, live animals, cash or similar instruments, and sensitive equipment (telecom, aeronautical, dual-use). Check the airline and customs rules before you agree to carry anything in these categories.
Who is responsible?
Senders must not post prohibited or non-compliant goods, and they must describe the contents accurately. Travellers must refuse anything that looks wrong or non-compliant. You stay responsible for what you take through security and customs. U-take does not open parcels or clear customs for you.
If you are unsure
Decline the request, ask for clearer details in chat, and read the full list in our Terms (Article 6). For your route, the customs and airline websites are the sources that count.
