How to ship a package with a Traveller
Shipping with a Traveller, also referred to as crowdshipping, means your parcel rides on a real flight with a verified person heading your way. U-take matches you with Travellers who have spare luggage capacity.

A quick glance at how U-take works
Create a free account, post your parcel or purchase request with all of the requested details (origin, destination, size, weight etc.), then wait for Travellers on matching flights to make their offers. Compare ratings, chat to agree on price, authorise payment, and track until delivery is confirmed with a unique code.
Safety
We make sure that users are identity-verified. Our payment set-up is designed to maximise safety for our users: Payments are authorised before pickup and released by our payment provider, Stripe, only after the delivery is confirmed and recorded on the Platform. You must ensure before starting any transaction that the goods sent or requested abide by our T&Cs, are not prohibited and follow all applicable laws and regulations, including airline and customs rules from the country of origin, transit (where applicable) and destination.
Customs
As Travellers are the ones transporting the goods and crossing borders, they remain solely responsible for complying with all customs requirements at departure, transit, and destination — including declarations, allowances, thresholds, quotas, and prohibitions.
